Terms & Conditions
1. Parking
Ample parking is available for patrons of The Peppered Pig Limited. Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and we accept no liability for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or belongings while parked on the premises.
2. Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor terrace area. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including but not limited to the restaurant, bar, and hotel rooms.
3. Pet Policy
We welcome dogs in the designated bar area and outdoor spaces. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are well-behaved and do not cause a disturbance to other patrons. The Peppered Pig Limited reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet at its discretion.
4. Room Cancellation Policy
Guests must provide a minimum of three (3) days' notice prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made within two (2) days of the arrival date, guests may reschedule their booking for an alternative date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within less than two (2) days of the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
5. Group and Festive Booking Packages
For group bookings and special festive packages (e.g., Christmas, Easter, New Year), guests are required to discuss arrangements directly with the Manager via telephone. Special terms and conditions may apply to such bookings.
6. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following credit card payments: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex). Unfortunately, we do not accept Diners International.
7. Booking a Table or Room
For same-day reservations for either the restaurant or hotel, guests must call and speak directly with a member of staff. Due to high demand and busy periods, we cannot guarantee that email inquiries will be reviewed in real-time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
The Peppered Pig Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
